CEO and Co-founder
Agronomist trained at IFRS, with a master’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering and Biotechnology from UFPR and a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from UEL.
A specialist in technological development, she leads HYH’s business strategy and connects science, industry, and the market.
Renata da Rosa
Scientific Advisor and Co-founder
Biologist trained at UNIOESTE, with a master’s degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from UEL and a PhD in Cell Biology from UEM. She completed postdoctoral research in Innovation and is a member of HYH’s Internal Biosafety Committee (CIBio).
A molecular entomologist, professor, and researcher at UEL, she holds a CNPq productivity fellowship in Technological Development and Innovative Extension and leads HYH’s scientific and technological strategy.

Chief Geneticist Technical Lead for the Internal Biosafety Committee (CIBio)
Biologist trained at UEL, with a master’s degree in Genetics and Molecular Biology from UEL and a PhD in Genetics from UNESP. A specialist in Human Genetics, he has also completed postdoctoral research in Genetics.

Innovation Advisor
She holds a degree in Arts from UEL, a master’s degree in Administration and Marketing from UNOPAR, and a PhD in Communication Sciences from USP. An Associate Professor at UEL and Institutional Relations Advisor at Fundação Araucária, she works to connect innovation ecosystems.
Flávio Petrilo
Commercial Director
Lawyer trained at UEL, with experience in labor relations, negotiation, and institutional representation. At HYH, he works on commercial strategy, partnership development, and connecting technology with the market.
